Airline Tickets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Airline Guidelines:<\/strong> All ticket refunds and changes are subject to the airline&#039;s final terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Discounted airfares:<\/strong> Most special offer and discounted air tickets are<strong>Non-refundable<\/strong> \u4e14 <strong>Non-transferable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Change fee:<\/strong> If a change of flight is required, the customer will need to pay the difference in fare charged by the airline, the change fee, plus the service fee from Anda Travel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Airlines canceled:<\/strong> If a flight is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the airline, Anda Travel will assist customers in applying for a refund or ticket exchange. The actual refund amount will be based on the amount returned by the airline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Tours &amp; Cruises<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eliminate tiered pricing:<\/strong> (The following number of days is for reference only; please adjust according to your actual supplier agreement.)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Before departure <strong>More than 30 days<\/strong> Cancellation: 90% of the total amount will be refunded (minus 10% administrative fee).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before departure <strong>15-29 days<\/strong> Cancellation: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before departure <strong>Within 14 days<\/strong> Cancellation: No refunds will be given.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Group purchase failed:<\/strong> If the trip is cancelled due to insufficient participants, Anda Travel will notify you in advance and provide a full refund, but will not be liable for any airfare or other related losses already paid by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Visa &amp; Consular Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Consulate fees:<\/strong> Once the fee paid to the consulate or visa application center is paid, it is valid regardless of the visa outcome.<strong>Non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service Fee:<\/strong> The service fee charged by Anda Travel is non-refundable once the document preparation or application submission process begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> Visa approval is decided by the consulate. Our company will not be liable for any travel losses incurred due to visa refusal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Force Majeure Exemption<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Trip delays or cancellations due to force majeure events such as weather, natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or unforeseen government policies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our company will do its best to help minimize the client&#039;s losses, but<strong>No promise<\/strong>Full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We strongly recommend that customers purchase <strong>Travel Insurance<\/strong> To cover such risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
